  If it was possible to leave 0 stars I most definitely would! Today i visited the shop to complain that I had bought a number of Iphone chargers from them and each time they kept breaking. By this point they started to become aggressive because apparently they were right and I was not. To be then told i was not entitled to a refund or exchange and also told it was my phone and that was water damaged which is impossible since it has never been in or around water. They then told me that the chargers they had sold me were fake and it wasn't their problem it had happened, shouted at and offended I then left the shop with no result util my work colleague went to the shop to then be ganged up on by 3 staff members and then 2 customers who decided to join in! Also being shouted at and told she was wrong, told we had no rights and had to leave the shop. One man stated the way he spoke to me was completely fine because in his words he 'never punched me in the face' NEVER use this shop! The staff and owner are very abrupt and rude. What ever happened to the customer is always right? Bunch of cowboys.
